Our chosen charity is the RAF Benevolent fund ( RAFBF). The RAFBF is a great cause, they support a number of causes which could be supplying an electric wheelchair for a Polish Pilot who fought in the Second World War, supporting the widow and children of an RAF sergeant killed in action, or providing practical help to a young airman injured in Afghanistan.

Our chosen event is bike riding from Lands End to John O Groats. The challenge will consist of 10 consecutive bike rides averaging approximately 95 miles a day. Obviously this will be a huge challenge to all 8 members of the team completing the ride and a huge logistical challenge for the two support crew. No public money is being used throughout this event making the challange even harder. Once again this is all for an extremely good cause so please donate generously.
