Our staff members have chosen Ty Hafan to be our Charity Partner for 2016/17.  We have committed to raise £ 10,958 during the twelve month period as part of the "Pay for a Day".

Pay for a day is your opportunity to pay for a whole day of care at Tŷ Hafan and make a difference to the lives of children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
