We Support children following a bereavement to to help them cope with their grief

Story

Richmond's Hope is a very special charity helping children and young people through bereavement.

I am taking part in the Rob Roy Challenge with 3 guys from work. It's a 16 mile walk and a 56 mile bike ride. There has been some loose talk of running the walking part. I am not sure if this will happen, but I am going to complete a 8 week half-marathon training plan just in case. Cycling I love, running I hate. I am one week into the training plan and already I am feeling the pain (see picture below!).
