Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought I would take on so much exercise this year. Having completed the Manchester Marathon the year continues with the Hull Marathon and Great South Run.

However the icing on the cake will be pushing Jonathon and Sarah around the iconic Great North Run. It is the best half marathon in the world and I am so privileged to be part of their amazing team. These young people are so brave and even more excited at the thought of this amazing goal.

I know that there are so many people asking for sponsorship at this time but we really must support our local charities that do so much amazing work. Go Team Unique!
