To raise money for the Whitechapel Centre and awareness of the issue of homelessness in the city, a group from DLA Piper's Liverpool office have volunteered to spend one night sleeping rough (no tents allowed - just a sleeping bag, plastic sheeting and cardboard) in St Nicholas' church yard in Liverpool city centre....in October....

Obviously this is nothing like actually sleeping rough but it should give us insight into the problems facing rough sleepers.
