Fewer than 62 people own more wealth than half the world's population. We live in a deeply unjust world where many millions of people cannot access the resources they need because a small elite use them to generate incredible wealth and power for themselves.

This takeover of resources by big business, including everything from food to healthcare, energy to water, has been facilitated by political elites.

UNISON works closely with Global Justice Now on the campaign to make the UK a TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership) free zone .

If you didn’t know already TTIP is the toxic US-EU secret trade deal which will allow transnational companies to sue foreign governments on any decisions which affects their profit US tobacco giant sues Uruguay government .

Global Justice Now is a registered charity which relies on donations from individuals to lead the fight against global injustice. Anything you can give will be used
to strengthen the fight.

£10 could mean that thousands of additional people see an important message about standing up to corporate power on social media.

£30 could pay for 60 briefings on one of the current campaigns promoting food sovereignty, energy democracy and trade justice.

£100 could help to provide training for activists and supporters by organising workshops and engaging events around the country.
