Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page which he have set up in the memory of our beautiful son Makayah who was tragically killed during a car chase which also killed his Aunty and injured his sisters.

One of his sisters sustained serious injuries which led to her being in hospital unable to move for a considerable amount of time. During her stay we came across Medicinema a charity that puts cinema's in hospitals so that patients can enjoy the escapism, magic and excitement that a trip to the cinema brings regardless of their physical ability.

The charity screened the latest films, came and collected our daughter in her bed and wheeled her down to watch the films. It was one of the few times she smiled and felt excited, it provided her with that little bit of freedom she wanted and needed.

As going to the cinema was one of Makayah's favourite things to do and the fact he loved films so much we felt that this charity deserved our support, so other patients can continue to benefit from it as our daughter did.
