Story

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

Me and a few friends are cycling to Paris in May for a bit of personal goal setting. We will be making the trip over 4 days from London via Portsmouth, Caen, Everaux, Versailles up to the Arc de triomphe and then across to the Tour Eiffel.

To spur us on we would like to use the opportunity to raise a bit of money for charity. To avoid paying most of what we receive in donations to an organised cycle trip company we are paying for all crossing costs out of our own pockets.

All the money we raise will go to the charity each of us have chosen.

This charity is closest to home for me as my partner Danielle has suffered with Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) since she was 23. Around 700,000 people in the UK suffer with this debilitating disease and this charity have worked closely with Danielle to support her through some hard times and bring her relief from it's symptoms. This really has massively improved her quality of life.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could even spare a couple of pounds for this very worthy cause who would really appreciate the support to keep helping sufferers in the UK.

Many thanks.

Darren.
