On the 6th October, I will again be participating in the Vodafone Big Bold Challenge.

The ante has been well and truly upped this year, and I am not only going to be completing a 10K run, but also a 1000 step climb and an abseil.

The charity that I have chosen to support, Microtia UK, is one that that is very close to my heart. My daughter was born with unilateral Microtia, which is a congenital deformity where the external ear is underdeveloped, and also results in hearing loss in the affected ear. If you could possibly spare anything for this great cause, it would, therefore, be genuinely appreciated.
