I am doing this challenge because I sit next to a nutter called Jackie who has proven I'm equally mad by talking me into taking part in a gruelling Arctic trek in February 2012. 

The stress has come from the fundraising side of it as I've never done this before and £5000 is a lot of dosh to raise from family and friends.

I want to thank everyone who donated items to raffle or auction and everyone who came along to the Fundraising Celidh on 26th November who helped me raise £1800. 

You are all invited back to come to a Fundraising Curroke at Anniesland Bowling Club Glasgow on the 9th December 2011.

The monies you donate will help three charities locally Erkine, nationally Prostrate Cancer Scotland & internationally Unicef.
