Ask me to pick up a car, no problem. Ask me to run 10k, we've got problems. Manchester Pride is a fantastic cause and do some amazing work so I'm happily subjecting myself to running the Manchester 10k on Sunday 22nd May. However, to make it interesting for every £100 I raise I will wear less and less clothing;

• £100 - standard nicely coordinated running kit
• £200 - tshirt changed for a vest
• £300 - no tshirt at all
• £400 - no tshirt and only a pair of pink running leggins
• £500+ - no shirt and only a small pair of orange trunks (no idea where I'll keep my car keys)
