The work they do is very worthwhile  - please take a moment to visit the website - I have seen it first-hand - and it is a reflection of what I found most challenging and fulfilling in my 40 years of doing ergonomics.  Not sure how to summarise this, but "Enabling people to be resourceful and achieve healthy and sustainable livelihoods often in harsh conditions and unfavourable circumstances" hits most of the key words!
