I'm running the Crouch End 10k Fun Run on Sunday 20 May to help raise funds - my first 10k in the 'veteran' category!

EducAid runs the only six free secondary schools in the whole of Sierra Leone, and provides education for the next generation of teachers, doctors, engineers and lawyers who can help rebuild the country.

Every pound donated to Africa goes a lot further than to charities in the West. To give you an idea, if you donate just £10, this will provide one student’s food, education and medicine for a whole month.
