Three Peaks Challenge 2012

 

A huge thank you to all who sponsored me for the challenge. All the training paid off as our team of 6 completed it in 22Hrs 50mins on the 16 May, well inside the 24hrs allowed.

We experienced all types of weather on the three mountains from a blizzard and temps of -7 on Ben Nevis to thick freezing fog on Scar Fell.

In the 24hrs we walked 26miles, climbed 11000 ft and drove 450miles.

The six of us have raised between £8000 - £9000 for spinal injuries.
