It has always been a personal goal of mine to run the London Marathon, from a very young age.

I have finally managed to secure a place in this great event through a fantastic charity 'The Play Barn Project.' They are dedicated to raising funds to create a safe haven for children with different types of cancers providing somewhere for them to play, in a safe, sterile environment together. Cancer is an illness which has affected my family and friends over the years and is a charity I have a keen personal interest in raising funds for.
