Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As you are probably aware, I lost my father to Oesophageal cancer back in November 2015. He bravely battled against this dreadful illness for a total of 20 months after first being diagnosed and in that time, he received tremendous care & attention from the nurses & surgeons at the Churchill Hospital in Oxfordshire.
In memory of my father and in appreciation of the treatment he received, my family & I will be competing in 'Total Warrior' to help raise funds for OOSO - a charity that seeks to raise the awareness of Oesophageal Cancer, provide better quality information pre-operation and aid recovery post-operation. Had my father of made a full recovery, he had hoped to complete a bike ride across Britain to raise funds for OOSO. This opportunity was sadly taken away from him, so it therefore falls to his three sons, daughters-in-law, cousins & friends to fulfill his legacy.
Please help us in our quest to keep OOSO doing what they do best. Any sponsorship would be gratefully appreciated and warmly received. Thank you.
