Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking part in this 5K a day for 50 Days challenge to help Morton Community Trust and Bagatelle Therapy at Bagatelle Care Home.

Morton Community Trust recently started providing FFIT courses for overweight/unfit males in the Inverclyde area. i took part in their first course delivered in March 2015 and lost my target weight within 6 weeks and also secured the job I had applied for. It has been a great course for the area and they are now delivering their 3rd course with many more to follow.

Bagatelle Therapy is a unit within Bagatelle Care Home in Greenock, the unit assists with activities and day trip for the elderly residents that are housed there.
