The staff at The Countess of Brecknock Hospice were beyond excellent in their care and professionalism when Charlotte’s cancer final got the better of her.  It made such a difference for all of us that there was a place she could go for a dignified and peaceful death.  The hospice only exists through charitable donations and I know she would like you all to support the hospice, and allow other families to have the comfort and assistance that we had at such a difficult time.
