Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit David Emmett's JustGiving page.

David passed away peacefully at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital on the evening of Tuesday 14th February, after a long illness. He was passionate about all things Cornish having spent much of his childhood there and many happy holidays. His parents lived in the village of Portscatho most of their lives as did many generations of his family before. The Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust was a charity that David was particularly fond of; it survives entirely on donations from the public and they do an amazing job. David's funeral will be a private affair for family and close friends and the family requests that no flowers be sent, but if you feel like sending a donation in lieu, we would be most grateful.

About the charity

The Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust exists to help relieve sickness and pain, with the provision of an air ambulance for the people of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. In 2015, the aircrew attended to 710 emergency missions. These missions wouldn't have been possible without your support.
