I am raising funds for the Lionheart foundation as it is the chosen charity of Laura Mcguire, the wife of a dear and much missed friend Craig who was tragically taken from us by cancer in June 2015 at the age of 34. Laura and baby Georgia have had tremendous support from the foundation (the benevolent fund for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and their families) and has been fundraising for the foundation. 

I am hoping to complete the UK Ironman, one of the worlds toughest one day sporting events, in under 17 hours. Swimming 2.4 miles, Cycling 112 miles and running 26.2 miles to finish.
