Dean & Dean Construction Ltd are fundraising - Tim & Mark Dean are competing in the 2016 Iron Man race in Barcelona on 2nd October 2016.

For many years the challenge of completing an Iron Man was debated and discussed and just about a year ago the thought became a reality and training began.

For those that do not know what 'Iron Man' entails let us tell you.  It starts with a 2.4 mile open water swim in sea followed by a 112 mile bike ride and then a 26.2 mile run (yes, that is a marathon!) which all has to be completed within 15 hours 40 minutes.

If you have sponsored us in the past you will be aware that we are passionate about raising money for the Neo Natal Special Care Baby Unit at the Rosie Hospital in Cambridge. It is a cause that is very close to our hearts and also to many others.

This is the hardest challenge we have undertaken to date. We have been following a grueling training program and are hopeful that the sponsorship we receive will reflect the hard work and effort we have put in as well as raising a lot of money for this worthy cause.

We would be most grateful if you can dig deep and help us through this challenge by helping us to smash our fundraising target!
