Dean was cared for on the neuro critical care ward at Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Deans family found that the care from the staff was second to none. The support from neuro care charity enabled family to stay in a purpose built family room on the ward so they were close to Dean day and night.  They were also able to stay in a nearby hotel that was subsidised through the Neuro Care Charity.
