Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are a Surrey based charity who provide support to people with mental health and wellbeing issues. We offer a range of activities, regular groups such as craft, singing and art and also ad hoc sessions e.g. anxiety workshops, cooking quizzes and confidence building. We meet people locally, to where they live, to explore local opportunities and offer a listening and guiding ear.

We realise the connection and importance between physical and mental health and offer many physically based activities to improve general health which increases our wellbeing and overall health.

those of us participating are all trying to push ourselves to swim further that we have done before so please consider supporting us, the money raised will enable us to offer a wider range of activities to local people.
