So, its here at last, this is the month I turn *whispers* thirty.  It's just not on. What I really want is to run and hide and avoid all mention of the word *whispers* thirty.  So in an attempt to get all my crazy friends who think I should celebrate *manic laughter* to leave me alone I am going to ask them to donate to a very important cause, in the hope they will be too skint to do anything else! 

Rape Crisis have centres up and down the country and do amazing work with women and girls who have been subjected to this horrific crime.  I have decided to donate to the local branch in Nottingham.  Please help me raise £30 for my 30th Birthday by giving to this extremely important and sadly greatly needed charity.
