Story

Come and ride the 100km from Exmouth to Instow - up the Exe Estuary Trail, across the lanes of Mid Devon, and down the Tarka Trail, including a stop for lunch at the Farms For City Children farm in Devon, Nethercott House, former home of charity founder, Michael Morpurgo.

Sign up here with a suggested donation of £15.00 and email your details to the organisers Andy Healey (a.healey@elsevier.com) or Tracy Izod (tracy@farmsforcitychildren.org) and we will keep you fully up-to-date with all the arrangements.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

About the charity

Founded in 1976 by children's writer Michael Morpurgo and wife Clare. A weeks stay on one of our working farms aims to develop potential, build self-esteem and enrich the lives of 3,000 children from inner cities, and towns annually. Many are disadvantaged and some have special educational needs.
