In November this year I am 50 years old and one way of celebrating this is taking part in the Swansea 10 k on 18th September and Cardiff Survival of the Fittest on 25th September. 

Raising money to help services who support individuals affected but the abuse of substances is something I feel strongly about. I'm doing this not just for me.... but for those who I love and have lost and will continue to love and lose for years to come.
