As you all know I'm a keen runner..... Ok let's forget that - this will be a way of pushing myself to the absolute limit and proving to myself that I can DO THIS THING!

I am entering the Loch Ness Beast Race on 3rd of Sept 2016 - 10k with 30 obstacles (www.beastrace.co.uk)

Ach it will be fine...... Eeeeek!!!

I'd also like to support my mum and her work with the charity that she has previously visited Malawi and hopes to go back again in September at the time of the race.

I also want to support 2 of the 4 trustees of the charity Morag and Dugald in the work that they do. Morag and Dugald are like a second family to me and as many of you know I lived with them in Drumoak when I went to school in Aberdeen for a year.

Dochas is a Christian charity that are based in Scotland but operate in Malawi to transform lives through education and sustainable practices. They really do make a difference.
