SNAP Cymru is an all Wales children's charity working with families, young people and professionals on issues regarding additional learning needs and disabilities.

As we are a children's charity in order to compliment our service we have to fund raise to enable us to provide support for all families to continue to have equal access. 

SNAP Cymru week 15/9/14 - 21/9/14
