With nothing better to do over a Bank Holiday weekend , I and my two trusty companions/mechanics/navigators and pub scouts ( but apparently not sherpas!) Brian and Mike, will set off on our mountain bikes on 27th Aug from Annan, to cycle the 150mile Scottish C2C.  The route will take us along quiet lanes, scenic cycle paths, through Ae forest and up steep hills (lots of them....! ) before finally reaching Musselburgh and cycling along the coast to Edinburgh on Mon 29th.

I have been training hard over the past few weeks and as the date draws near all I need is your support to encourage me to meet this personal challenge head on. At the same time I will raise funds for Calum's cabin on the beautiful Isle of Bute so that families who have a child with cancer can enjoy what so many of us have.  (The good news is any funds raised will be matched by my employers up to £500).
