Yorkshire Three Peaks Race, 30 April 2017
We raise funds for musculoskeletal research to end painful bone and joint problems

Story

On Saturday 30th April 2016, I will be competing in the 62nd annual Yorkshire 3 Peaks race in aid of musculoskeletal research.  The event is over a distance of  37.4km (23.2miles) and involves 1608m (5276ft) of climbing, taking in the iconic peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.

Joint action is the fundraising arm of the British Orthopaedic Association and this year's president is my former mentor and colleague Mr. Timothy Wilton. www.boa.ac.uk
