In 2014 my friends Chris and Jen Reid suffered the devastating loss of their three month old son, Edward, to SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome formerly known as Cot Death).  

Out of this tragic situation, Jen and Chris decided to try and achieve something positive and have set up this amazing charity.

Teddy’s Wish helps to support other grieving families and continue research into the causes behind SIDS, neonatal death and stillbirth.  

You hope that this would never happen to anyone but for anyone who does experience this tragic situation, the support that this charity can help to give is vital and I do hope that my running of this marathon can help those in need.
