Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

At the end of October I will be going to Nepal to take part in a trek to raise funds for projects sponsored by the Methodist Church both in Nepal and in Northern Ireland.

These are Kopila, a Nepalese charity which works with disadvantaged women in rural Nepal helping them to become independent through literacy classes, micro-credit schemes and providing training and advocacy so that these women can obtain their rights from local government.

And also The Surf Project, a mission project of the Methodist Church in Ireland with the focus of enhancing the personal, social, physical and Spiritual wellbeing of young people.

I will be paying for my own flights and accommodation and all fundraised money will be going directly to the projects themselves.
