Sooo what am I doing.. ..   over the next year, every month I will be running a variety of distances, including hardcore obstacle course for IBDSuperHeroes. A brand  new fundraising page to support Cure Crohn's Colitis....... how awesome is that!!!!!

I am a massive super hero geeeeek, so will be dressing up as a superhero for each obstacle run + will get a monthly super hero themed medal for the runs aswell... bonus!!!!!

Oh + not forgetting I like to show my Crohn's who is Boss + kick its smelly sh**ty asssss!!!

September- 10k Gamma Run Charity Challenge- a mile a day for 6 days

October- 10k Webslinger 10k British Military Obstacle Course 10 mile Pain + Suffering Obstacle Course 10K Survival of the Fittest Obstacle Course
