This summer I will be traveling with 5 other volunteers from Edinburgh Global Partnerships to complete a project developed by the NGO Mitraniketan in Kerala State, south India. For four weeks we will be constructing rooftop rainwater harvesting facilities and digging open wells for 25 families which will contribute to the the availability of safe-drinking water.
