Story

C'mon kids....

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I hope to raise funds for Corpal which is a small charity that relies on donations to offer support to the individuals/families affected, help raise awareness of this rare condition and promote research.

I first became aware of this rare condition when my close friends' son was diagnosed with Agenesis of the Corpus Callosum (ACC). ACC is a condition in which the band of fibres (Corpus Callosum) which connects the two sides of the brain fails to develop either partially or fully. This means the brain fails to work as it should and leads to other problems for the individual such as developmental delay, lack of or limited speech, mobility and muscle tone issues, eye problems and also behavioural/social problems.

The skydive was bought as a gift for my 40th birthday and therefore all donations received will go direct to Corpal.

Thanks for looking at my page and please consider donating.

Eddie.
