The Edinburgh Feminist Network are hosting an event for International Women's Day on Wednesday the 5th of March from 8pm at The Outhouse. All proceeds will be donated to Edinburgh Women's Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (http://www.ewrasac.org.uk/) who are facing an upcoming funding cut of 75%.

EWRASAC offer free and confidential emotional and practical support, information and advocacy, to women, girls aged 12 and over and all members of the transgender community, who have experienced sexual violence from male or female abusers at any time in their lives. This includes rape, sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse and ritual abuse. 

For the last 35 years they have provided support to thousands of survivors in South East Scotland. They work to empower survivors: to support them to find and make their own choices.
