Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My friends Sarah Gatner, Mary Campbell and I have decided to walk the Great Glen Way in June this year to raise money for the local MS centre as my family have been affected by this debilitating illness and we see the need for this great service in Lochgilphead. My daughter Karen relies on the help, therapies and support she gets at the centre, and as the MS centre is not government funded it always benefits from money from fundraising.

The Great Glen Way is a 79 mile walk from Fort William to Inverness and will take approx 5 days, and hopefully my aged bones and bunions will survive!! Any donations (incl blister-plasters!) will help us get through this challenge, and so in a small way help the MS centre keep going.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
