Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Here we are again, another year, another challenge! This year I am walking the ridge of the mighty Five Sisters of Kintail, could be quite a challenge to do in a day for little old me...

A classic ridge walk taking in three Munros, the Five Sisters of Kintail,: 9.5 miles, 8-10 hours ,(more likely 12 hours), and it involves over 1000 ft/ 3000 m of ascent and descent.

As usual I am fundraising for our local MS Centre here in Lochgilphead, a great place for people with MS and other long term conditions to go to for therapies, treatments, company and encouragement. My own daughter Karen uses the Hyperbaric Chamber there regularly to help ease some of her MS symptoms, and the MS Centre has been a life-line for her and the very many others locally with these conditions.

The MS Centre is  self-financing, and depending on charity to keep running, so please help me to help the MS Centre by giving a small donation. The challenge will take place in the last week of June. Every penny counts. Thank You.
