Aged 17 I was diagnosed with M.E.  That period of my life monumentally sucked. I have spent the rest of my life exploring how my mind and body work.  The most devastating experience has led to the most incredible journey, and a deep gratitude for this crazy thing called life.

I discovered The Optimium Health clinic 3 years ago.  finally I had found people who understood my experiences and went far deeper - clarifying, supporting and and giving me the tools to reach a whole new level of emotional, mental and physical health.
