Thousands of people have to endure sleeping rough on our streets every night.   

Last year's Big Sleepout raised enough money to enable Cornerstone to open some temporary shelter over this winter.  See: http://www.cornerstonecds.org.uk/node/111

This requires ongoing funding in order to be able to continue next winter.

Volunteering at Cornerstone has taught me that anyone can fall into difficult circumstances and end up sleeping on our streets.
