Hi, I'm Ella, I am 6 years old and on the 14th December 2012 I was diagnosed with Cockayne Syndrome.

Cockyane Syndrome is a premature ageing syndrome, it is where the DNA can't repair itself. It unfortunately leads to a short life expectancy. My family are utterly devasted and they turned to Amy and Friends who have helped us so much. Amy and Friends are a non-profit organisation that provides support to the CS children and their families and without them we would be lost! 

Raising money for Amy and Friends will fund vital research for a cure for this horrible syndrome that is taking so many children's lives. They also help fund vital equipment for the children.
