Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We would like to raise money for a charity called ECHO (Evelina Children's Hospital Organization). Ellis and Fearne were born with congenital heart disease and were treated at Evelina Hospital

The Evelina hospital team did an incredible job of looking after them. ECHO helped us to get through these difficult times, making our time in hospital as comfortable as it could be. We want to show our gratitude by giving something back and hopefully to help other parents who may have to go through a similar experience.

We  are organizing a big summer event on 8th July 2012 at Crockham Hill Village Hall and Grounds and we would like to invite you to join us and raise money.

All the information about the event is on the website below

About the charity

ECHO supports children with Congenital Heart Disease who are treated at the Evelina Children's Hospital and their parents/carers. We provide information, friendship and support at times when parents feel alone and desperate, or when they need guidance or advice. We also support the children themselves as they grow into their teenage years and beyond, to help them take the first steps towards independence in dealing with their heart condition.
