For over 40 years Stop Abuse For Everyone have continued to provide an invaluable source of protection and support for those effected by domestic violence and abuse.

Everyone deserves to feel SAFE in their own home, however unfortunately for a lot people, this is not the case. Domestic violence or abuse can happen to anyone, regardless of background or circumstances.

My aim is to raise money to help SAFE in their mission.

I am a complete novice runner, like a lot of people I spend most of my day sat down. However, I want to push my own boundaries and embark on what is certainly a challenge!
