Story
Last year I ran myself into the ground training for Oxford Half Marathon, determined to beat my previous times... as a consequence I got injured and didn't run it at all. Perhaps my body's way of telling me to slow down...
This year I'm adopting a slightly different perspective. Taking it slow(er), and instead of running it for myself and for personal bests, running it for a wonderful cause.
