Thanks for taking the time to visit my page

2 and a half years ago I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis after an agonising month including two weeks in hospital. Once the doctors found the right medication for me, I have never felt better (touch wood). I have many family and friends who have or are still suffering from both crohns and colitis.  I have decided to run the Bournemouth 1/2 marathon in October 2016 to raise money for  , what I think, is, a really good cause as this disease affects so many people especially young children.
