Story

First off, thank you for visitingmy JustGiving page!

**this is for the Wigan Darknessinto Light event**** Initial £20 goes to PietaHouse, rest of donations to Irish Community Care Wigan**

Suicide, self harm and mentalhealth issues can all affect absolutely anybody.

Darkness into Light is aninternational event held to raise awareness of these issues to help tackle thestigma attached to them as well to as raise vital funds for Irish Community Care Wigan services!

This the first year that the event has come to Wigan - let's help raise awareness and improve understandingof suicide, self harm and mental health issues for local people in Wigan!

This event is a great way of symbolising hope as suicide is not inevitable and we can encourage local peopleto talk about what might be troubling them and to connect to local services andcommunity opportunities!

Donations of any size will ALL help!

Thank you!!
