In - Deep is a small grass roots charity which began 14 years ago with a little breakfast in a little hall in Victoria. However out of little acorns grow mighty oak trees someone once said to me. This is what has happened to In - Deep. We now do 3 course meals for isolated older people where they get up and dance, lunch clubs, a complementary therapy scheme which offers massage, manicures and pedicures so elderly people can have regular treatment rather than end up with dirty infected feet because they cannot do it themselves. An Over 50's choir were they sing songs they enjoy. At In - Deep elderly people are treated with dignity which is often forgotten about nowadays if you are old, they have fun and have a good meal inside them. Please support what I am doing as In - Deep does not survive without funding which is often difficult to get. It is easy to support big charities but it is charities like In - Deep which get forgotten. I have so many dreams that I would like to do for In - Deep however we cannot do this without funding.
