In September I will be going to Disneyland Paris to run a 5k and a half marathon. I've never done anything like this before so it's a big deal to me and I really appreciate your support.

INS is a charity based in South London and their main purpose is to help people with neurological conditions and their families. They use individual or group sessions to try and maintain people's independence and give them a better quality of life. Everyone from the receptionists to the therapy team are amazing, hard-working people.

In 2011 my Step-Mum suffered from a Stroke which was devastating and has completely changed her life. But INS were such an amazing support system, not only for her, but for my Dad too, who now acts as her carer. I'm really excited to have this opportunity to give something back to INS and to show them how much my family appreciates them.
