Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Mary-Lou died 31 years ago, aged 21. We still remember her today as a much loved daughter, sister, cousin and niece. We are taking part in this charity walk in memory of Mary-Lou to raise money for International Animal Rescue who work all over the world to save animals from suffering. They rescue bears in India, primates from traffickers in Indonesia, stray dogs and cats worldwide as well as helping the plight of countless other animals. Whenever they can, they release the rescued animals back into the wild and when that's not possible they give them a safe haven for life.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
