Jack and I are going to be run/walk/staggering/crawling the Great Midlands Run on Sunday.

8.5 miles in the blazing heat!!!

I am seriously hoping Jack can push, pull, carry me around the course, but the likelihood is he'll be leaving me to struggle and running off with his mate.
